How to Use Your Pixieset Gallery to View, Download, Favorite, Print, and Share Your Photos

Hi there! I'm Katie from Katie Choe Photography, and I'm so excited to share your beautiful photos with you through Pixieset. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to make the most of your Pixieset gallery. Let's dive in!

Viewing Your Photos

When you first open your Pixieset gallery, you’ll be greeted by all the wonderful moments we captured together. Here’s how to start enjoying them:

1. Click on the "view photos" I sent you in your email. This will take you straight to your gallery.
2. Make sure to remember the 4-digit download PIN at the bottom of your email. (You’ll need it for the next step!)
3. Once you click the ‘View Photos’ button you will be directed to a pretty home page where you will be asked to enter your email address and gallery passport. (Don’t worry – this email address will be used to send you your images when you are ready to download).

Favoriting Your Photos

Choosing favorites can be so much fun and really helpful. Here’s how to do it:

1. Favorite Individual Photos: Click the heart icon on any photo you love. This will save it to your favorites.
2. View Favorites: To see all the photos you’ve favorited, click the heart icon at the top of the gallery. It’s a great way to keep track of your most-loved images!

Downloading your entire gallery

It is easy and quick. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click the Download Icon: You’ll find the download icon at the very top of your gallery. Click on it to start the process.
2. Enter Your PIN and Email: You’ll be prompted to enter the 4-digit PIN I provided along with your email address. This ensures your photos are kept secure.
3. Choose Your Folders: Your wedding day photos are organized into different parts of your timeline, making it easy to select which sections you want to download. Just pick the folders you need.
4. Download Your Photos: Once you’ve made your selections, Pixieset will prepare your gallery for download. When it’s ready, a link will appear in your browser window. Click it, and your photos will start downloading. It’s that simple!

Sharing Your Photos

Sharing your photos with friends and family is simple with Pixieset:

1. Share Individual Photos: Click the share icon (it looks like a paper plane) on any photo you want to share. You can send it via email, social media, or a direct link.
2. Share the Entire Gallery: At the top of your gallery, there’s a "Share" button. Use this to send the whole gallery to your loved ones so they can enjoy the photos too.

Printing Your Gallery (YAY!)

Getting professional-grade prints of your photos is so important to preserve their quality and ensure they look their best for years to come. Drugstore prints can sometimes alter colors and reduce the quality of your images, but with Pixieset, you can easily order beautiful, high-quality prints at affordable prices.

Here's how to print your photos through Pixieset:

1. Select Your Photo: Choose the photo you want to print.
2. Add to Cart: Hover over the selected photo and click the ‘Cart’ icon at corner of the image. Alternatively, you can click on the image and find the ‘Cart’ icon above it.
3. Choose Print Options: Select the type and size of the print, canvas, or other products you want. Make sure to double-check the cropping to ensure your image is just how you like it.
4. Repeat as Needed: If you want to order multiple prints, repeat the process for each photo.
5. Checkout: Once you’ve selected all your images, click ‘Checkout’ and follow the prompts.

And that's it – your images are now being printed at a professional lab here in the United States. Once they're ready, they'll be shipped directly to you.
